GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY TERMS
If you participate in our Anzie Accessories & Design promotions and gift card giveaways (Giveaways), you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Anzie Accessories & Design (T&C) and you acknowledge that you fulfill all eligibility requirements.
- ELIGIBILITY
If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter the Gift Card Giveaways. Anzie Accessories & Design may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Anzie Accessories & Design may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Anzie Accessories & Design are not eligible to participate.
- HOW TO ENTER
Create a wishlist on anzie.com by logging into account and clicking "Add to Wishlist" on the product page. Subscribe to Anzie newsletter list. Email required to contact winners.
- DATE OF GIVEAWAYS
The Giveaways shall start and close from September 17 until September 30, 2024. Winners will be chosen October 1, 2024.
- THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winners will be notified by email on October 1, 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, Anzie Accessories & Design reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Anzie Accessories & Design’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
- PRIZE
The promotional prize shall be one of four $250 USD ANZIE e-gift card to use on the Website (anzie.com) or in-store as indicated on the giveaway pop-up. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- PERSONAL DATA
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Anzie Accessories & Design may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram post, and/or Instagram stories.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Anzie Accessories & Design, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
- GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Anzie Accessories & Design reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any time or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
- GOVERNING LAW & COMPETENT COURT
The Giveaways are governed by Canada.
