Delivery & Customs
Please create an account or login to see our delivery page when checking out for information on timings and costs of delivery. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Complete satisfaction promise
anzie.com Inc. guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange it , providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Items must still have the security tag attached in order to receive a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings. Sale items may only be exchanged during the sale period with proof of purchase. Regrettably, items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded.
All purchases made on the internet can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an Anzie Credit. Items must always be accompanied by their original packaging and the packing slip. You may send the items back to:

Be sure to note on the original packing slip the reason for return. An Anzie credit will be issued within 10 business days of receipt at the Returns Department in the customers anzie.com account.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been engraved or soldered. Once the item has been engraved or soldered, it is legally property of the purchaser.
Contract for sale
The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Anzie, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by the Anzie site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Anzie will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.
Receipt of order
Anzie must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock is checked, Anzie will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.
We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
Anzie reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
Cancellations and exchanges
If you realized you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Returning a Product' in those instances. Exchanges work in the same way. It will be faster to re-order a product rather than send it back for an exchange, so please follow the above instructions while you order the product you would like instead. We realize this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the product you would like.
Defective and damaged items
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days. Our personal shopping consultants will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

The call center will be closed from December 22 until January 3, 2013 . All orders placed after 3pm Friday December 22th will be sent out no earlier than Thursday, January 3rd

To securely receive your payments over the Internet we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the standard Internet practice and means your details are protected. You can see that you are in a secure environment through the 'padlock' symbol on Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.
Anzie works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.
If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.
Anzie cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.
This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Anzie and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by Anzie would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for Anzie to sell products.
Your use of this site and any contract between you and Anzie for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Canada and the United States. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Copyright and other rights
All materials, including images, illustrations, designs layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this site are protected by copyright, trade mark, trade dress and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled or licensed to Anzie. The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Anzie.
The contents of the site and the site as a whole are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Anzie or using the site as a shopping resource. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the site, or any related software.
Sale - Terms and Conditions
Goods offered at sale price on the Anzie web site may have been on sale in another Anzie store at the higher price for a period of no less than 28 days.
Sale items may not be exchanged or returned
We do not offer price adjustments if items are marked down further after your order is placed.
Holiday 2012 Purchase terms
Complimentary ground shipping is applied automatically at checkout with all orders in North America, including Canada and the continental USA. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this promotion.
This promotion is only valid on web orders placed on anzie.com. Orders will be shipped via standard five to ten (5-10) day ground shipping. Additional charges may apply for faster shipping. To obtain orders by Christmas please order prior to December 21, 2012 12:00 PM EST.
This promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases or backorders and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion offered by Anzie or any other third party. During the period of this promotion only, all purchases made on anzie.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise for exchange only.
This promotion is only valid for purchases made between Friday November 30, 2012 and Thursday December 20, 2012 11:59 PM EST. Items must be returned accompanied by their original packaging and packing slip and a copy of the bill/receipt. Anzie reserves the right to deem this promotion invalid if the requirements are not met.
