International Shipping

A flat rate of $100.00 for 5-10 business days is applied to all international orders. Please contact us for faster shipping. Anzie Accessories & Design would like to bring to your attention that our customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to provide information regarding custom charges and kindly suggest that further inquiries concerning the matter be directed towards a local postal service.

Mode of Shipment

Anzie Accessories & Design employs FedEx as our courier for all shipments. Every package is insured for the security of your order and your peace of mind. Once an order has been shipped from our headquarters, we will email you a tracking number that keeps you informed on the package’s delivery status. 

 

Anzie Accessories & Design strives to deliver goods within the time frames provided as best as possible, and utilizes all reasonable means by which to do so. However, it should be stated that any expected time frames of delivery provided are for general guidance only, and that we cannot not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

All packages shipped from Anzie Accessories & Design over $100.00 value will require a signature upon delivery, as determined by our courier. Therefore, we ask that you please ensure your presence at the expected time of your package’s arrival. Please also note that Anzie Accessories & Design does not ship to post office boxes (PO BOXES).

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging, and shipping. Please allow at least one day for order processing.

Standard Hours of Operation

Our headquarters operate between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or outside of these hours will begin processing the following business day. 

Weekend and Holiday Policy

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. Our warehouse is closed for these upcoming holidays:

Please plan your orders with this in mind, as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.

Backorders

Items that are currently out of stock, but available for backorder, may take up to 6-8 weeks to ship.  A customer service representative will contact you with the expected arrival date within two business days of ordering this item. You will have the option of canceling the order at this time. You will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.

PAYMENT

Taxes

All International or USA-based purchases made on Anzie.com are exempt from Canadian taxes. Canadian orders are taxed according to provincial and federal requirements.

Credit Card Payment

We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. International credit cards bearing these logos are also accepted.


Anzie Accessories & Design must receive full payment for every order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock is checked, Anzie will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order is processed.  Please note that if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, the order is automatically cancelled.

Indicate to us what amount to charge on each credit card.

In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original amount paid and you will be notified by email. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any additional charges that may apply.

Anzie reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for any reason we deem sufficient.

Price Adjustment

Due to the fluctuating market value of gold, silver, and gemstones, prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

We do not offer price adjustments if items are marked down further after your order is placed.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours from the moment that the initial order is placed. Should you decide to cancel your order after this 24 hour period please contact us immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Our Policy

Anzie.com guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days of it being received and we will be happy to exchange it for other goods or credit on your Anzie.com account.

Items may only be exchanged with proof of purchase, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and enclosed with their invoice. Regrettably, items engraved, soldered, customized, or on sale cannot be exchanged or credited.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days. Our customer care consultants will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item or replacing your order.

Returning Your Anzie Item

North American orders can be returned by following these simple steps:

1. Fill out the online Return Form.
2. Return merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging.
3. Use the Fedex RETURN LABEL included with your order for easy shipping. Please note that we will deduct a $20.00 shipping fee from your credit or exchange.

 

If you wish to use your own return service, we recommend using an insured shipping service with a tracking option. Anzie is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that customs and other taxes on returns made outside of North America must be fully paid by the customer before the return is given authorization.

 

Returns are generally processed within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. We will notify you by email once your return has been accepted. Exchanges or credits to your anzie.com account will be issued for properly returned items only. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. 

WARRANTY

Anzie guarantees the highest level of craftsmanship and quality of material for all of our pieces. We produce our jewelry in Montreal and have a multi-tiered inspection system to assure that our pieces always meet our supreme standards. When it comes to customer care, every situation can be as unique as the jewelry we design, which is why we handle them on a case-by-case basis. Nevertheless, we operate within a standard framework. Should you have any issue with the quality of your Anzie item, the following terms and conditions apply:

Within 6 months of purchase

Following an in-house assessment, should it be deemed by an Anzie representative that damage to an item was caused by a manufacturing error, Anzie guarantees to cover the cost of repair and shipping for all items sent back within 6 months of its arrival.

Wear-and-tear

If an item sent to us is assessed to have been caused by wear-and-tear, shipping charges will apply, as well as potential repair-related costs.

Cleaning

We take great pride in our customer care and in preserving our relationship with you, which is why we offer complimentary cleaning services for optimal maintenance. Shipping costs do apply.

CUSTOMIZATION

Anzie strives to fashion elegant and beautiful pieces that are unique to our vision and cater to the utmost satisfaction of our customers. Pleasing our customers is a top priority, and that is why we are delighted to offer the opportunity for customers to personalize many of our existing pieces. Such customizations include engraving and custom gemstone selection on applicable items. Please note that all custom made items are final sale. We invite you to contact us for further information.

PACKAGING

Items up to $500 before applicable taxes are placed in a complementary ultrasuede Anzie pouch. Items valued at $500 or more before applicable taxes are sent in a complimentary custom-fitting Anzie box.

 

All packages are carefully insulated before being shipped to protect your package.

 

We encourage you to keep your Anzie items in their respective Anzie pouch or Anzie box to ensure optimal preservation and protection.

PRODUCT CARE

925 Rhodium Plated Sterling Silver

All of our silver products are 925 sterling silver and rhodium plated for maximal luster and preservation. It should be noted that even with the additional rhodium coating, silver is susceptible to tarnishing, especially after exposure to salt air, dust, or products containing sulfur.

Maintaining Your Sterling Silver

We recommend that pieces be professionally cleaned once a year. For maintenance in between professional cleanings, please avoid using polishes of any kind. Instead, we suggest using a diluted solution of lukewarm water and liquid hand soap and lightly passing over the piece with a soft bristle toothbrush. When finished, ensure that it is thoroughly rinsed off and dried well with an untreated cloth.  For optimal preservation, please store your Anzie pieces in the Anzie bag or box it came in, or a box with a lined interior.

Should you feel that your Anzie 925 Sterling Silver Rhodium Plated item has lost its luster, we invite you to send it to our headquarters to for complimentary polishing. We also offer replating services for a fee. Shipping charges apply.

Rose Silver

We recommend that pieces be professionally cleaned once a year. Our rose silver is composed of 925 sterling silver dipped in 14K rose gold. Despite the durability of the rose gold plating, exposure to salt air, rough surfaces, and cosmetic or household chemicals can wear off the finish without proper care. We strongly advise against wearing rose silver pieces in water, applying creams & perfumes over them, or using any form of jewelry cleaner on them. In addition, we suggest wearing rose silver as an accent or fashion piece rather than wearing it every day.

Maintaining Your Rose Silver

Please do not use silver polish or tarnish remover to polish your rose silver. All that is required for maintenance is a rinse in lukewarm water followed by gentle blotting for drying. Take care not to rub the jewelry.

Should you feel that your rose silver item has lost its luster, we invite you to send it to our headquarters for complimentary polishing. We also offer replating services for a fee. Shipping charges apply.

14K Gold

Though an enduring metal, gold is susceptible to discoloration and even disintegration when exposed to rough surfaces and harsh chemicals, especially bleach.

Maintaining Your Gold

Our gold pieces can be easily maintained by cleansing with non-abrasive jewelry cleansers. When drying, please avoid rubbing the piece and opt for blotting it dry instead.

Should you feel that your gold item has lost its luster, we invite you to send it to our headquarters to for complimentary polishing. Shipping charges apply.

Gemstones

Every type of jewel is as unique in composition as it is in appearance and luster. Certain gemstones require more care than others and, often times, different types of maintenance. Generally, we can recommend for all of our gemstones to avoid contact with harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, extreme temperatures, and rough surfaces.

 

Maintaining Mother-of-Pearl, Lapis, Turquoise, Tourmaline, Malachite, Moonstone, Green Quartz, Chrysophase, Drusy, and Labradorite

These stones are more fragile and susceptible to damage without proper maintenance. Please avoid allowing these stones to come into contact with household chemicals, nail polish remover, cosmetics, hairspray, or perfume. Take care to clean the stones with a soft cloth.  

 

Maintaining Freshwater Pearls

Freshwater pearls require very special attention to ensure their preservation. We recommend wearing them often and storing them in a humid environment. For optimal maintenance, please lightly pass over the pearls with a soft cloth after each time they are worn.

SIZE GUIDE

BRACELETS and CUFFS

Our standard bracelet and cuff sizes are 7.5. You will need to measure the widest part of your wrist in order to know your size.

 

You can measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure or by wrapping a piece of string around the wrist once, severing it at the point where it has made a complete rotation around the wrist, and then measuring the severed piece of string against a measuring device.

BANGLES and STRETCH BRACELETS

Our standard oval and round bangles measure 2.75” wide. Unlike clasp bracelets, bangle size is determined by the size of your hand, rather than your wrist.

 

The standard size of our stretch bracelets is 7.5. Stretch bracelets are also sized and adjusted in accordance with the size of your hand.

 

You can measure your hand size by tucking your thumb into your hand and measuring the span of your little finger to your index finger with a measuring device.

 

NECKLACES

Our standard chain length is 17”. We offer necklaces in many lengths and invite you to consult the following diagram for an idea of where each size would fall on the neck and bust.

 

RINGS

Our standard ring size is 6. You can measure your ring size by wrapping a piece of string around your finger once, severing it at the point where the string meets, and then measuring the severed piece of string against a measuring device. After noting the length of the string, please consult our ring size guide and find the corresponding size.
